Working Moms and Daycare

It's a sad fact that many women have to work outside of the home to pay bills and feed their children. Enter the popular daycare program. Unfortunately, there is simply not enough regulations about who qualifies to open a daycare to make any parent comfortable. So glad I don't yet have children. Praying for those who do.
