Come on ladies. We have to realize that our bodies are our temples. We need to make sure we keep them as fit and healthy as possible. We need to practice proper diet, exercise and healthy thinking.
One of my sisters was severely overweight for awhile and her husband left her. After putting on more weight out of depression, she finally met up with this group of ladies who were all getting fit and she's been a new woman ever since that day.
If you don't have the ability to go get it on your own, then by all means, find a group to hold you accountable and help keep you motivated. Don't do it for anyone else. Do it for yourself. You owe you that much.
